How big or small of an object can I 3D scan with Structure Sensor?

The smallest item that can be successfully 3d scanned with Structure Sensor is about the size of a grapefruit (keep in mind, however, that much finer details within a model will still be captured). To capture 3d scans, download Scanner app on the App Store.

The largest item that can be captured with currently available apps would be a medium-sized room, such as a bedroom or a dining room. To capture room-sized subjects, download Room Capture. For the best results we highly recommend using a wide vision lens.
