How to Send a Calibration File to Support

To send your calibration file to support, follow these steps:

1. Open the "Files" app on your iPad. Alternatively, you can swipe down on the home screen and type "Files" in the search bar to open the app.

   

2. Select "On My iPad" from the left-hand menu.

   

3. Choose the "Calibrator" folder.

   

4. Locate the most recent JSON file (the latest one will have the most recent date).

   

5. Send the JSON file:
   • Tap and hold on the JSON file and choose the "Share" option.
   • Email it to support@structure.io (Note: You will need to have your mail client set up on your iPad for this step to work).

   • Alternatively, you can Airdrop the file to your computer and then email it to us from there.
