What is your return policy for Skanect?

Before you purchase Skanect Pro, please feel free to test out the Trial Version of Skanect for as long as you would like. It has all of the features of Skanect Pro with the exception of the number of faces exported is limited to 5,000 faces. Certain APIs, like our interface with Shapeways, may also be limited. 

We're happy to answer any questions you may have to help you determine if the software will be a good fit for your needs. The more details you can provide regarding how you would like to use the software (scan subject, scanning environment, sensor, file export needs, etc.) the better.

Once you've purchased Skanect Pro and redeemed your license key, the purchase cannot be refunded. 

If you're not getting the results you expected when you begin using Skanect, you may contact us at any time for help. We're learning new things every day, and we are very happy to share our experience with you and help troubleshoot.
