What is your return policy?

Before you purchase a Structure Sensor Pro, we're happy to answer any questions you may have to help you determine if the Sensor will be a good fit for your needs. The more details you can provide regarding how you would like to use the sensor (scan subject, scanning environment, file export needs, etc.) the better.


Domestic (US Customers)

Once you've purchased a sensor, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it remains unopened and unused.


International (non-US Customers)

All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, except under the terms of the “Hardware Limited Warranty”


If you're not getting the results you expected when you begin using your sensor, you may contact us at any time for help. We're learning new things every day, and we are very happy to share our experience with you and help troubleshoot.


Once the sensor has been opened and used, it cannot be returned for a refund. If the sensor appears to be malfunctioning, and we are unable to assist you remotely through the troubleshooting process, you can return the sensor for testing and inspection. If the unit is found to be defective, we’ll repair or replace it. If the unit is found to be in working order, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
