My sensor's battery isn't holding charge.

We are sincerely sorry about the trouble you are having with your sensor's battery life.

Structure Sensor Pro and Structure Sensor (Mark II) should hold approximately 1 hour of charge. If you believe your sensor holds a much smaller charge, please perform a battery test by following these steps:

1. Fully charge your sensor using the long, white charging cable and a sufficient power source. Your sensor will display a solid blue indicator light when fully charged.
2. Plug your sensor into your iPad with the short, black lightning or USB-C cable.
3. Launch the Structure app.
4. Once your sensor initializes, tap the "i" icon in the upper right corner.
5. Start a stopwatch.
6. Keep the Structure app open for the full test.
7. Once the sensor depletes and disconnect, stop the stopwatch and note the time.
