How do I send diagnostic information using the Structure app?

With the newly rebuilt Structure app, Structure Sensor users can submit technical issues and diagnostic reports directly to our support team.

In order to submit diagnostics data, simply tap the megaphone icon in the lower right corner.

This will pull up a "Submit Diagnostic Report" modal. 

From here, you can enter your email and a brief message describing your issue.

Upon clicking "Send Report", your message will be sent to our team, as well as your sensor firmware version, iPad model, iPad operating system version, and battery level.

This information will be used only to help troubleshoot your issues.
