How can I create a return request?
If you recently placed an order with Structure, and you need to return an item, don't worry! You can initiate a return request directly from our web store!
Follow these steps to create your return request:
Sign in to your account on our web store.
- Find your order under the 'Orders' page.
Click 'return items?'
Tell us why you want to return your item(s). Fill out the following form to create a return request, including the items, desired outcome, and issue.
- After your return request is submitted, our team will review your case and will reach out for more information or instructions on how to return your order!
